Ancien fondateur et directeur technique d'un SARL spécialisé dans l'hébergement web, VoIP SIP, infrastructure datacenter et réseau, puis responsable de projets sur le SI OSS de SFR, où je pilote des équipes de développement et des budgets de grande envergure. Double compétence rare : pilotage de projets complexes et maîtrise technique concrète — PHP (Laravel / Symfony), architecture applicative, bases de données, API et DevOps. IS project manager and developer with over 20 years of experience spanning information systems, telecoms and software development. Former founder and CTO of a company specialized in web hosting, SIP VoIP, datacenter and network infrastructure, then project lead on SFR's OSS information system, where I steer development teams and large-scale budgets. A rare dual skill set: driving complex projects and hands-on technical mastery — PHP (Laravel / Symfony), application architecture, databases, APIs and DevOps. Known for my rigour, autonomy and ability to lead strategic projects end to end, from framing through to production release and ongoing operational maintenance.

Project lead on the OSS information system for the deployment of fixed telephone networks (evolved from a senior development project manager role):
- Managing development teams: 15 developers and 10 project leaders.
- Building and coordinating project roadmaps; defining application backlogs.
- Managing project budgets up to €1 million.
- Validating the technical architecture of IS software.
- Studying and validating interface specifications with the clients of the various business units.
In charge of the “RUN”:
- Maintenance in operational condition.

I founded and ran a company specialized in web hosting and SIP VoIP telephony:
- Company creation and management: strategy, administrative and financial management, team leadership, client and supplier relations.
- Design and deployment of a datacenter colocation cage (racks, power, security, operations).
- Network architecture and administration: operator interconnections, IP loop, addressing plan and IP resource management (ICANN / RIPE), peering on internet exchanges (IX).
- Telecom VoIP branch: SS7 interconnection with Orange, administration and MCO of the SIP platform.
